What is your return & exchange policy? How many days do I have to exchange a product?

For online purchases, Villa Cashmere does not accept any returns.

However, Villa Cashmere will accept an exchange in case of the defective or damaged merchandise. Villa Cashmere accepts exchange of the regular priced merchandise only. Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise should be returned in its original condition with an intact and original label, accompanied by the original invoice, original Villa Cashmere packaging and an exchange label (provided after the initiation of the exchange process).

Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition as was delivered. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Villa Cashmere reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Villa Cashmere's sole discretion.

How do I exchange an item?

Initiate the exchange process by sending an email to with the subject line “Request to Exchange” and specifying the reason of exchange. Villa Cashmere will reply to the email with further instructions for shipping of the merchandise to be exchanged.

When shipping the merchandise for exchange, please be sure to request tracking service and adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Villa Cashmere will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.


How long does it take for the exchange process?

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt exchange of the merchandise.

Villa Cashmere will process the exchange within 14 days of the receipt of the merchandise to be exchanged. A confirmation email will be sent once your exchange has been processed and the new order is shipped.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Are delivery charges and return costs refundable?

Delivery Charges for the original shipment of the merchandise to the Client are non-refundable.

Any costs sustained by the client to return a product are non-refundable.


Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.


Can I return or exchange an item bought on Sale?

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
